Nicole and Colin Firth in Stoker!
E 'recently reported that Nicole should get on board of a very interesting project, and we hope very much that it does. This is Stoker, the story of a mother and her daughter, that after the death of the husband and father of two, are visited by a strange uncle. According to the Los Angeles Times , actor Colin Firth would be part of the game, and easily participate in the filming after 'engagement with the Coen brothers . The role of the daughter should go to Mia Wasikowska, who will appreciate in The boys are doing well and before that in Alice in Wonderland, which marks his debut. The director will be given to South Korean director Chan Wook-Park , which will be his directorial debut in English. The film will be produced by Ridley Scott with Fox Searchlight and the script has already been written by Wentworth Miller . The shooting of the film would have been marked for this Spring. Certainly we would be more than happy if Nicole was part of the project, because it has all it takes to be an interesting role, but there are many doubts about the availability of Nic, since the filming of Gellhorn Hemingway & which will begin short, they will end in May. We shall see and wait for confirmation!

Rabbit Hole: The Rabbit Hole
seems like yesterday when it began pre-production of this film, and instead I can now write these lines on this review after seeing the film.
Everything I've read so far in the reviews I thought it was all true, the film was just as it seemed. First you notice right away that comes from a play, and the work of the writer was really good, managed to synthesize everything and to show what are the protagonists of history, their character in their character in that short time provision. Yes, because first of all film Rabbit Hole is a small, intimate, minimalist, who has seen previous work by Mitchell amazed, almost did not recognize his style, colorful, sometimes noisy. However, although small, obviously, the film is great, this second face hides that the viewer must discover, as well as the character of Rebecca. Nicole has always had some roles where the characters have a double aspect, just think of the Grace of The Others, To Die For to Susan Stone, or Margot at the Wedding of my sister. But the fact remains that this character is entirely new, and expressive nuances, the transitions of mood and utterances that she can make are amazing, I can no longer wonder at the opinions of critics, that this leaves the Nicole ' glamourus image, remains naked in front of the camera and the only thing we see of her is pain.
Surely now is to think that the theme of mourning for a missing son is something already seen, but the film in question is entirely original, though converted from the piece of Lindsay-Abaire, develop the topic in a whole new way, without tearing the tears from the eyes of the viewer, with that little bit of coolness that is, with that cynicism right, with that truth, can cut a piece of real life. Note the scene with the beats of Rebecca, but in particular my favorites are the scene of Bowling and the supermarket. Finally applause from the entire cast, all the Wiest and Eckhart who manages to be a good support and demonstrated its ability in several scenes. Rabbit hole can be compared to a small oil painting on a small canvas, like the Impressionist paintings, it does not have the majesty of a huge canvas of a magnificent painting of the Baroque period, but its size is able to move, maybe more.
